Project Assistant Trainer
Project Assistant Trainer under the direct supervision of Project Coordinator is responsible to conduct Training related to Project Program based on the approved Program Information for the Partner Centers. It needs to provide support to assigned projects and monitor its pending list and deliverables.

Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct Orientation Sessions for the Centers (New Registration and Update of Development Program).

Provide attendance of the Participants.

Conduct Training in close collaboration with Program Manager.

Prepare training reports and maintain all training records.

Evaluates Training effectiveness of Trainees of Program Application.

Coordinating, collecting details of Project information data.

Updating Schedule, Tracking Progress

Keeping Team Members and partners to track the accomplishment and completion of deliverables and target periods.

Attending related meetings for progress and development of the related project.

Any other task as requested by the Project Manager and Coordinator.
Job Requirements:
Education: College Degree in Marketing Management, Education, Health and Computer Courses.
With good Communication skills, Committed, Efficient and Flexible
Able to work effectively with harmony to Colleagues and from different Environment and Professional Backgrounds.
Proficient in Computer Skills in MS Word, Excel and particularly in Power Point
Willing to travel.
